Samuel Urtado

Founder of the SOMASANA centers, Osteopath DO & Yoga teacher

Samuel has been practicing yoga for ten years on the sidelines of a past of high level sports (Triathlon, Ultra Trail, Manager of Team Trail Paris). After several trainings and internships in different schools, he created his Osteo Yoga method.

He began to teach Osteo Yoga in 2014 in the Alps, in les Contamines-Montjoie where the retreat takes place. “Osteo Yoga is an interior and experiential journey that allows everyone to reconnect to their body and develop their potential using the tools of yoga.”

In 2016, he created the first Osteo Yoga Wellness center in Paris, in the 9th district, in which teachers who are also therapists teach yoga (osteopaths, naturopaths, yogotherapists, midwives).

In 2018, he opened a second center, "Somasana" in the 8th district, with the motto "Eat better, move better and stress better for wellness".

Since 2018, Samuel & Rachelle Tersigni have been offering a 200H Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin certified Yoga Alliance training with their school, Le Moderne Yoga.
