Fill out the form below, and we’ll shortly email you with details for how to pay your deposit. Included with the email will be an intake form that explores your experience with yoga, dietary needs, optional activities you may be interested in, and anything else you’d like to share with us.
Payment is able to be made by Paypal (includes credit card capabilities), bank transfer or cash.
Retreat policies
Payment details
Prices are per person and not include travel to and from the retreat.
A deposit of 450€ is required upon booking to reserve your spot. We are unable to allocate you a place on the retreat, or to assign accommodation to you, without receipt of this deposit.
The remaining balance must be made within 60 days of the retreat start date. If payment is not received by this date, your spot will be released to another participant, and your deposit will be retained.
Early bird pricing
We are pleased to offer a discount of 100€ per person to those booking prior to July 15, 2020. This discount will be taken off your final payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel:
Up to 30 days before the retreat , your payment will be refunded (minus your 450€ deposit).
30 days or less before the retreat, you will forfeit your entire payment.
In very limited cases, we will accept the possibility of transferring your place on the retreat to another. However, it must be noted:
The responsibility for finding the replacement falls solely to you.
The transfer will only be possible if the replacement is able to fit within the same accommodation arrangement you booked (ie if you have booked shared accommodation, and the change would not make the other person(s) allocated to the room uncomfortable in any manner).
General Waiver
You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to consult a doctor to verify that you are in good health for yoga and the other physical activities the retreat includes.
You agree to inform us of any health problems, physical or psychological, before booking a place on our retreat.
You acknowledge that your participation in yoga and other activities on the retreat is voluntary, and you accept full financial responsibility for any loss or damage befalling person or property.
Media
By participating in the retreat, you grant the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission for us to use images and videos taken during the retreat, in which you and others may be included, for our commercial purposes.
You hereby release YogaTrails from each and every claim that may arise from or is related to the use of the media, including, but not limited to, libel or violation of any right of advertising or privacy.
