Your 5 Instructors during the retreat
Samuel Urtado
Founder of the SOMASANA centers, Osteopath DO & Yoga teacher
Samuel has been practicing yoga for ten years on the sidelines of a past of high level sports (Triathlon, Ultra Trail, Manager of Team Trail Paris). After several trainings and internships in different schools, he created his Osteo Yoga method.
He began to teach Osteo Yoga in 2014 in the Alps, in les Contamines-Montjoie where the retreat takes place. “Osteo Yoga is an interior and experiential journey that allows everyone to reconnect to their body and develop their potential using the tools of yoga.”
In 2016, he created the first Osteo Yoga Wellness center in Paris, in the 9th district, in which teachers who are also therapists teach yoga (osteopaths, naturopaths, yogotherapists, midwives).
In 2018, he opened a second center, "Somasana" in the 8th district, with the motto "Eat better, move better and stress better for wellness".
Since 2018, Samuel & Rachelle Tersigni have been offering a 200H Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin certified Yoga Alliance training with their school, Le Moderne Yoga.

Agathe will be there to discuss with you the issues related to climate change, make you aware of responsible tourism and enlighten you on the means to integrate an ecological dimension into your philosophy of life. We will notably be creating a Climate Fresco during the week! A scientific, collaborative and creative workshop in which you will learn a lot in a very short time about how the climate works and the causes and consequences of its deregulation. A wonderful opportunity to share his feelings, his ideas, and to create collective intelligence on this fascinating, major and urgent subject! Its vision: to understand in order to become aware, to become aware in order to act, to act to participate in the preservation of our incredible planet, its biodiversity, its natural balance and to find our place there with responsibility and humility. "We are just dust in the universe, let's strive to be worthy of the chance we have to be part of the living world and let's go together to discover the riches that compose it!" Agathe. A graduate of Modern Yoga Teacher Training, she will also assist you during the practices.
LUCAS GIOVANNI MOREIRA
Slackline instructor and Yoga teacher
The slacklining is an activity of physical, sporting and artistic development, which calls upon the postural muscles, the focusing of the attention and the breathing. These three components combined in a simple balancing activity allow your body, through physical, emotional, mental and spiritual alignment, to gradually open you to a meditative space. Through regular practice, it becomes the space from which we observe the flow of thoughts and our emotions, emerge, live and dissolve. When we fall, it is because we have identified with it. A real energy bridge between heaven and earth, the game of balance on two feet is accessible to everyone, from the youngest age to the oldest because of its simplicity of action (raise your arms and stay upright). This activity will take you on a path of body awareness and honest and benevolent attention to yourself and life. The Slackline or the tuning fork of the bodies. Re-line up through play.
